Job Summary:
The Resort Athletic Trainer is responsible for providing comprehensive sports medicine services to guests and athletes at our resort. This role requires exceptional knowledge and skills in injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in order to optimize the health and performance of individuals engaged in various sports and athletic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of guests and athletes to determine their physical condition, health history, and specific injury concerns.
2. Develop and implement personalized injury prevention programs, including strength and conditioning exercises, flexibility training, and proper warm-up and cool-down techniques.
3. Administer immediate care and first aid to individuals experiencing acute injuries, ensuring their safety and well-being.
4. Provide therapeutic treatments and rehabilitation services to individuals with sports-related injuries, including the use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and manual techniques.
5. Collaborate with the resort's medical team to develop and implement injury management plans, ensuring proper follow-up and continuity of care.
6. Educate guests and athletes on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, nutrition, hydration, and other relevant topics.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all treatments, evaluations, and progress notes in accordance with established protocols.
8. Assist in the coordination and implementation of sports medicine programs and workshops, addressing the specific needs of different sports and athletic activities.
9. Stay up to date with the latest advances in sports medicine, injury prevention techniques, and evidence-based practices, applying them in daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
